Regrettably, real life sometimes refuses to let go and because of unavoidable events, today’s post has failed to materialize in time. So, again, in lieu of a post, I give you something to satisfy the hunger for New York and comics material:

Enjoy, and we’ll be back to our regularly scheduled programming on Monday, with a post about the first known American-made comic book and a critical reading of an attempt to exclude it and Töpffer from comics history by way of definition.
